I've actually encountered a menu along this same line - but it was a separate menu from the one my wife was given (like sometimes the "Lady's menus" don't have prices on them, just the man's! 'Ya talk about misogynistic!).
The guy's menu in this restaurant (it was at a place in Palm Springs, as I recall) didn't have an add-on price item, it had two separate columns, one for regular portions and the second for the "Wife/girlfriend/date isn't hungry".
Well worth a chuckle, I'm sure that like most men taking a lady out to dinner, the lady in question wishes to sample all of the food items on the guy's plate - they think it's cute and shows cameraderie. What it really does is leave the man still hungry!

I'd be more concerned about the 3 loose bolts on the crossmember...
15 year old son comes home from school over an hour late.
When confronted about why he was late, he said he went to Sara's house with her to study.
I was a little suspicious as he had that look on his face but it really hit home
when he reached the plate sitting on the counter for a snack.
Taking a big bite, he said "these fish cakes are great".
I told him to go wash his hands because they aren't fish cakes...They are donuts.
