Crusty. Looks like it comes with the manual though.

I don't think that level of restoration is in the owners manual, but, hey, the left rear tire is only flat on the bottom!
Looks like it had snow tires on it but road salt as nasty as it is wouldn’t account for that much crust. Especially considering fiberglass don’t rust .
