I wonder if they moved the axle back, the axle is falling out or if they were not very skilled with a body saw. The rear wheel not very centred in the opening.

I think he is likely running center groove slicks. They set the axle back so the fender edge runs in the groove to prevent mud build up....

And if you believe that, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona for sale....
