I wouldn't mind getting some Amsoil oil for my current fleet. I had used it on my C6 Z06 and GT500. I honestly could tell the engines ran better using this oil vs. previous synthetic oils I used in those cars and I really like it.

What I don't like is the BS gotta call people who are "distributors" of the oil to do an order and instead of getting it shipped to my door I go get it (used to be somewhere on Courtney Park north of the 401 somewhere).

Like f*** Amsoil.....................if people want to buy and use your oil just let them call you directly to order it and come get it. I also don't need a second job so no..................I don't want to be 1 of your "thousands" of independent distributors just so I can buy and use your oil.

Some stores carry it but they ask stupid money for it and most times don't carry exactly the oil I want to buy. Any ideas on where to get it or is it still call someone to do an order??

If you have a business , open a commercial account with a distributor, I have had one for 40 years with the same distributor I can give you his contact info if you want. Commercial pricing is better than what is listed on their website. Once the account is open you just deal direct with Amsoil, call them or online and then they ship it next day.

Murray, if you just order online will then send it to you or do they direct you to a local distributor?

Do you think that there is that much difference between it and what the manufacturers engineers recommend? Not sure what specific you are looking for but I found this on Amazon. Almost be cheaper to do a rebuild, lol.

Ok, I just looked on their site more thoroughly, looks like what I mentioned before was how they use to sell their oil to the regular joe blow public. You can now become a preferred customer blah blah blah by paying like $30 for a 1 year membership and if you spend $500 in any 1 year your membership is free and you get discounted pricing whatever.

Aaahhhmmm, no I'm not in the mood to give you $30 to save X # of % off whatever oil I buy. If I'm buying your oil I'm already a customer you shouldn't need to suck more $$$ from me just to use your product.

To the person asking about a business account, no I don't own a business. If your contact can get me the oil I would like to buy and at a good price PM me that info and I'll contact and discuss with him/her. Thanks.
