Hi Scraze. Our cars arrived at Capital in Calgary on the same truck and I guess our models arrived at the same time too - as was delivered to my house today - as you said almost 3 years later.
Sadly, mine was 3 years +3 months
Same thing happened to me last year.
I saw the car for sale at a dealership and thought I could drop the model off so it could go with the car.
Sadly the dealer 400 miles away.

Picked mine up from the dealership May 14 2024 and so far .... crickets.
At least you got crickets!

On constraint??
Funny enough they do seem to come in batches.
Some have said if you call GM's Concierge they can speed it up . How long to get yours ?
About a year I think. It was a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. (Not a Ferd Galaxy)
I got mine 2 weeks ago so pretty much right on the 3 years mark. Concierge won’t speed it up but it will give you some other merchandise in the mean time
Agree, Concierge will show empathy but cannot speed up the process even if they say your name is now on the priority list 
. They will usually offer merchandise at the end of your call and are always polite. I have 3 C8 t-shirts for calling and being patient 
. Mine arrived between 11 months and 20 months from date of purchase depending on model year. Nice to finally have them.

Just called them for the first time. Got the so called " White Glove " department. Very nice , polite rep I must say. I now have a Corvette branded polo shirt and a black Corvette Racing insulated mug on the way ! Said there can be delays with the Speed Model due to manufacturing issues supposedly but he would contact that department and put a rush on it , lol. We shall see. Not sure if mentioning CCF helped or not........

Give them a call and you should at least get 3 shirts and 3 insulated mugs if nothing else. Or hats .
