I respectful disagreed when it comes to something that is important to the future of our country and it's economy, it is not a rabbit hole info. That's my view only.
I don't dwell on it and consumed my myself with the same type of news 24/7.
I would rather be spending my time on car contents which I enjoy.
We should have learned something of the current situation with the US. And I hope that "Shame On Us" moment can be avoided in the future.

No criticism intended. Just saying it's easy to spend a lot of time trying to find pertinent information or valid opinions when there is so much misinformation and click bait filling the media landscape. I completely agree that the current geopolitical situation and at this moment especially our strained relationship with the US is one of the most serious that we have probably faced in our lifetimes. But hopefully this too shall pass . The tide of public opinion in the US does thankfully seem to be turning according to polls. Let's hope that continues and fingers crossed regarding the midterm elections.

Just plain nasty. The CBC not covering anything doesn't surprise me. We throw billions each year at them and they remain a waste of time and money. Carney took most of Poilievre's platform as his own and should of taken the one regarding the CBC as well. I do like Andrew Chang's 'About That' portion though.

You could write a letter to the CBC protesting their rather left leaning selective coverage of these important topics . Just take it down to your local Canada Post location and.......oh, wait , forget that , what was I thinking.

Come to think of it, we are face with similar situation as Ukraine but no where close to their hardship.
Our bigger neighbour is trying to bring us to our knees by using economic attack instead of by force. No one will come to our aid. We will have to do it all by ourselves and I hope we can all be on the same page without major division within.
