My son got one probably at Walmart in Bowmanville. These are not on display like socks but are mixed in with other Hot Wheels . Almost every store cares a display stand for Hot Wheels , Matchbox etc. He was lucky fining one. In past I got lucky and picked up 21 Hot wheels C7 in one Walmart.
