69 engine redline

Found a 69 vert. It supposedly has a 427 4 speed. Tach shows yellow at 5000 and redline at 5300. Console indicates 400hp. Is this correct?

Looking at specs (thanks) unless peak HP is 100RPM over red-line, engine and tach do not match. Looking at a 427 with tach showing red-line at 5300 rpm. Specs show peak HP for hydraulic lifter 427s at 5400 RPM, Solid lifter at 5800.
