Sounds like I should be able to get traffic shut down again so we can all leave for the cruise in one big Corvette convoy again. Maybe we can pass out maps to the slower cars lol. Can't wait to see everyone!

Nope. No worries. Just no big burnouts and speeding bad in front of the traffic backed up. I will ask again if we can have a little clearance for hasty departures lmao. Who doesn't love the sound of these beasts getting on the go pedal.
From what I heard after the fact, It did appear there was a bit of a fluff last year from someone just up from the Meridian beach lot when some of the more spirited members left the site..... I'm sure I just idled up the hill when I left.......

Yeah, fly in every ointment. At least that had nothing to do with the town site of the event. Just some random joker that missed breakfast and can't get through the day without being angry at the world haha. Maybe there was a pea under his mattress lol...or he just pee'd the bed. Either way guess we are just more mindful of the possible grump factor when we depart our destination. Or have it somewhere we needn't worry lol...cause I know I wanna stand there and listen to the symphony of sound as it departs....one of the best parts.

Luckily, some asshole in an SUV was chasing after those Vettes a bit aggressively and his exhaust drowned out their noise. He took all the blame! LOL.

He was glaring at us pretty good on the way out, but we were respectful until at least 200ft past his driveway.
