Ultimately, businesses are not legally bound to sell at erroneous prices if they act in good faith to correct the mistake.

That makes sense. As long as it's an honest mistake and not an attempt to mislead. I haven't looked but I bet there is a disclaimer on their website anyway, saying prices are subject to change ... yada yada yada.

I have zero affiliation to this dealership but this came up on my IG feed last night.

Looks like these guys are wanting to get into the Corvette business pretty heavily to commit to 40 units in todays market.

Heard from a separate source who was talking to Hudson's, 40 are available, a few have been ordered as stock. 40 does seem like alot.

LOL! For those who FAILED to read the ad, it says 40 Corvettes available. It also pretty clearly states that 40 may NOT be on the lot, but can be reserved. i.e. reserve your spot in their allotment or place factory order from same.

And Yes, they would be crazy to floor 40 Corvettes thru winter, we can all agree on that. But they “ain’t”. Because there is no need for that. It is all in the sneaky way the ad is written.
