Last June a thread was started after Cdnz and I attended this event and that thread had over 5,000 views.
There was interest expressed by quite a few members about doing this event in 2026 where you drive Ron's Z06's,
E-Rays and Cadillac's on the track. The event starts at 4pm with a drivers meeting, helmets and restraint devices
are provided and then you drive each of the cars in a lead follow format like the Ron Fellows school in Nevada.
Canadian Tire Motorsports Park is an IMSA sanctioned track where the C8R will be racing on July 12th.
The cost this year is approx $1550/person which includes dinner after the track session and you can bring a
guest which costs $226 including tax which includes the dinner.
Unlike the Corvette Owners School in Nevada, this is open to anyone with a drivers license that wants to drive
different model Corvettes on the track without being an owner.
Can you let me know ASAP because each session requires 18 people to reserve a date which I am targeting
late June.
Thanks
Scott

Is this a rain or shine event? How many laps and how many cars does each person do?
Mathieu, it's the same set up as the Pahrump owners school. A warm up lap followed by two laps, then the three cars switch position following the instructor. That works out to about 7 laps per session, then for the next session you switch to a different model car which makes this event different than the school in Nevada where you drive only one model. Last year I did a Cadillac V for the first stint, followed by E-Ray and then the Z06. It is possible that Ron will be there so additional laps with him driving you might be available again this year.
Unless they cancel it due to weather or track conditions it's a go due to a very tight schedule all summer.
