2025 w/275 miles and check engine light 😳

Ok so bringing car to tire shop today check engine light lights. Tire shop reads codes and it’s the following:
U0401
U0402
P0700
P0EFF
All related to the Transmission Control Module not communicating with the ECM properly. Seems to be a common problem thats been around since 2023. Here we are two years later still kicking the can down the road. GM wonders why they are having C8 sales issues - Come on Man…
 
Yes Sir, I agree it’s more an interest rate financial situation - but constant tranny issues not helping with the conversation 🤷‍♂️
 
Again, I don’t disagree - however, this one issue is an issue for lots of folks I’m not sure if it’s a recall - but maybe it should be. I’m more bothered by the inconvenience more than anything else.

You only hear from the people with issues. There are thousands of cars built and only a handful of issues. ANY car has the same number of issues. The Corvette C8 is one of the most reliable cars on the market according to all the reports I've heard of.

Hi . If you weren’t already aware you can enter your VIN here and see if there are any recalls for GM vehicles. If it’s not showing the URL just tap on site maintenance.
 
First off (and you’re the second one that’s made a reference as to me being pissed) my shorts, nose , shirt, pants, or any other body part - as well as clothing are NOT IN A KNOT.

I know what the issue is and if you actually read the post you would see that. I have an appointment with a dealer next week. I posted here to kindly let others know in case they experience the same issue.

But it seems that this is not the venue where posting such things is very well accepted. It seems “by some” if not all of the responses that people are taking my post personal as if I’m attacking their choice for a sports car. Relax, and enjoy yourself …

However, I will no longer make such posts - that you can count on.

Similar to Thom, my 2023 70th had issues and it was a flash. I get the frustration as its a new car and mine was too hence why folks said you're response had a "underwear in knots" vibe to it.

If it makes you at ease my brand new 2024 911 had a fault week one and was delivered out of alingment where it had to go back to Porsche Vaughn....I live in Ajax. Annoyed for sure but crap happens...
 
Help I have a 2025C. A convertible l t one with seven hundred horsepower shows check engine light bank 2. 02 sensor. But chevy's telling me that they need a tool from g.M to help diagnose what's wrong with it
