Just wondering if anyone has gotten any updates from their dealer or are they calling the concierge on their own. I’m guessing most of the sales people are not in the office so may not be getting updates. Except for Morgan.

You're correct. From what I know was told the dealers can only see the event status codes now and not TPWs.I don't think the dealers know the TPW's

Its moved around so much, that I have very little faith from GM chat. This time I called order Management. My TPW before C19 was April 13.What was it originally?
