HP, not torque. Torque is the same so I'm sure there is a give and take as the Z06 needs rpm's to achieve that HP. I'm no engineer, but I can see there could be underlying arguments here.At nearly 200 more HP I would have expected more of a difference. Ah well.
Sounded to me like the Z wasn't having any problem achieving rpm's.

There is a difference between a car with higher torque and less HP and a car with higher HP with lower torque.
