So I'll post a couple of threads under this title to separate out the picture themes a little bit.
Count has not been completed but John Price guesstimated over 500 Corvettes in the Friday evening city hall gathering. Aside from Bowling Green I haven't seen so many Vettes together in one place.
Met up with 1BAD9T9 (Windsor) and THE BOSS (St. Bruno).
Although it was a tad cool in the evening and a bit blustery Mother Nature held off on the rain so a great time overall.
Z06 was shown for the first time in Canada. John Price has the connections to make things happen. Nice presentation by GM. Ron Fellows was there as well but got whisked away as he was trying to be in two places at once. The other being the F1 in Montreal. Interesting overview of the styling process thru several years to conceptualize and bring the C8 to production status.
The invasion had things well laid out to keep us busy with tours, cruises, presentations, THE GATHERING (Friday evening), dinner dance and sadly a farewell breakfast on Sunday. Kudos to John, Heather and I am sure a great entourage of people within EOC that helped him make this possible.
I believe the following is correct but if anyone else was there from NL or further west let us know
FURTHEST EAST - NOVA SCOTIA
FURTHEST WEST - KELONA BC
FURTHEST SOUTH - FLORIDA
