Real carbon fiber with Z06 decal under clear coat...sand & remove for refinish. Di-Noc Matte Carbon Fiber wrap is another option.

Looking at the link you provided I see or interpret it the same as "frankmp" Canadian Package #4 had 74 and Canadian Package #5 had 59 = 133 total in regards to 427 in the Convertible collector edition.
