Why dealer says next service due in 6 months

I just noticed the dealer put a sticker on my window saying my next service is due November 13th 2024 KM: 30650.
I was there for the DCT fluid change and an oil change. The KM's were 23148.
I had my canister filter changed at 10500 km's

The manual has nothing that needs to be done at 30K KM's nor every 6 months.
The next canister filter change will be due at 36,000 or perhaps 34,500 because I was 1500 KM's early

I'm stumped. Make work project?

And I hate when they put stickers anywhere. The ones that are nothing more than an advertisement for the dealership for example. They are a pain to remove. I spent half an hour removing the one from the tailgate of my truck when I bought it. Took it in for the one and only “ free “ included oil change and the brassturds put another one on without asking. Haven’t been back since especially after specifically asking them not to ! GRRRR…
