I was back in high school then and always following automotive news, so remember reading about it.

I was back in high school then and always following automotive news, so remember reading about it.

I was as well and just about always bought the new Car Craft and Hot Rod magazines but don't remember anything about the rotary experiment. But then again in all fairness I also picked up the latest High Times , lol.

I really liked the look of the other concept around that time ... the Aerovette. Took the best lines of the C3 (I bought a used 78 in the mid 80's) and came up with a stunning design.

And of course there was also the Pontiac Banshee which would have been pretty wicked with a 421 or 455 .....
