Warsaw is just a small village with a GOOD Lions Club group. When I was a kid, this park was a gravel pit and I walked by it every day on my way to school. It has since been turned into a beautiful park on the edge of the Millpond. The writeup explains what they do better than I could. The park was PACKED.

The procedes are to be split between two people. One is in later stages of Parkinsons and the other is paralyzed from the neck down due to a tree felling accident. He can steer his chair with head movements. The rest of us really have nothing to complain about.
