2007 C6 Twin Turbo
What would you pay for an installed turbo system? Tuned and ready to go. I ask because Im thinking of doing a blow out spring special on 1 or 2 cars. Something to get my name out there so must have out decal on the rear window. Do I hear tax refunds being spent?
 
I'm looking to do two very inexpensive. I may have 1 guy from Edmonton interested he's getting back to me. But there's still another. I'm interested to see what c6 guys would spend. I think they would be surprised what I would do it for. When I bring my turbo vette to some shows I think it will grab some attention!!! Lets hope for an early spring!!

Sounds like a great opportunity for you guys out there in the west Vince.
Go for it brother. You don't need high boost for some 'adequate' fun .. minimal boost producing about 400-450 rwhp is enough to have mucho fun and still retain good longevity.

Sounds good! Doesn't take much boost at all. The LS family really responds well to boost! I doubt the roads will be clear enough around then for your car, but stranger things have happened. I have a guy bringing me a C6 around that time for an install. Perhaps his car will be here for you to see.

Hey bud. I already have a modded c6. I'm currently laying down close to 500rwhp on a heads and cam setup. I'm very interested in your product. I was going to go the a&a supercharger method with the meth injection and upgraded fuel system. Tell me how does your turbo setup like already modded cars.... Heads and can etc.... Oh by the way for what it's worth if your willing to give me a great deal and get my car up close to 750 rwhp or so you can put whatever sticker you want in the back lol!!! Cheers bud.
 
Ah Riley,

The twin turbo will be the next build. I'm still wondering if it should be a C6 or C7 though. I am thinking of course of the old "there is no replacement for displacement" line of thought for the 7.0 vs. the 6.2, but perhaps there is also something to be gained from a newer engine design as well.

I'm not sure how deep my pockets would have to be but I'd be sort of targeting the 1500 - 2000 hp range without giving up driveability. Something that if I found a long enough stretch of road I'd be able to go WOT for 15 minutes without engine heating getting too be a problem........

Then again I wonder if there is a point in this as in the current car whose full power I rarely get to use for more than a few brief moments it is a nice back slamming experience............

Thankfully I have time yet while I'm out picking empties for the piggy bank to think about this upcoming proejct!

Aren't dreams just so wonderful???????

The car would respond very well to my kit! Give me call tomorrow and I can give you the full run down. For the record with your set up it would take very little boost to get you up there.
 
I will admit thought Riley, if a C7 transmission, that interesting automatic, could handle an engine boosted to that sort of output I would be interesting in that. I've always thought it would sort of neat to have a paddle shifter like the F1 cars.................somehow the one in my Sentra just doesn't cut it!!
