Dearest CCF members,

In an effort to streamline complaints, praise and all manner of tech support inquiries we are launching a new Ticketing and Knowledgebase System.

Should you have difficulties doing something on the forums, have a tech question, have a business inquiry feel free to open a ticket.

Tickets will allow us to track and properly answer your questions. They are viewable by all Staff.

We ask that you use this feature rather than contacting your fave Staff member directly to ensure your question gets proper tracking and attention.

In addition we're also rolling out a Knowledge base with some structured content on the basics and some tips and tricks folks may not be aware of. It's currently pretty sparse but we'll try to expand it as time goes by. Think of it as a proper FAQ.

Tickets can be found under the new Support navigation menu here: Create ticket in… (https://canadiancorvetteforums.com/support/)

Knowledgebase is under that menu also (direct link here): Knowledge base (https://canadiancorvetteforums.com/knowledge-base/)

In future we will expand our ticketing system to put you in touch with some of our Corvette dealer and parts sponsors directly. Stay tuned.
