I ordered an alcantara wheel for 2012 Z06. It was was the best bang for the buck. I paid around $350 cdn. A custom wheel will cost at least a grand. I would rather spend that money elsewhere. I am happy with it.

I think I got it from gmpartsdepot.ca. I got part # 22805652 alcantara with red stitching, bluetooth, and audio controls. There are other options available. I did a search on EBay, because they have actual pictures. Got the part number from the EBay add and searched for it on the parts site.

Will do. Likely going to make it a winter project, so will post a pic likely in Jan/Feb once I decide on which steering wheel to purchase.

my 2008 installed a GM Alcantara wheel with red stitching from the centenial edition. airbag fit perfectly. upgraded the onstar control module from a 2013 c6 to blue tooth so the push to talk buttons work perfectly with the upgrade and I have hands free now for my cell phone. i also installed a shifter boot from the centenial edition as well.

I replaced my original wheel with a yellow stitched wheel. Super easy DIY, but make sure you replace the locking clips for the airbag or you will get an airbag alarm.
