Tell me about it. Bumper crop here as well. Can't keep up with either the tomatoes or my jalapenos. I've been cutting in half and dehydrating my cherry tomatoes. A friend put me on to this a few years ago. I use them all year in sauces and also eat them like candy. My extra big tomatoes I have been roasting and making into bottled pizza and spaghetti sauce. I only have 3 jalapeno plants and have picked about 50 so far and have that many more to pick. And they are still growing and flowering. Onions are having a great year as well.

And you can’t at any price buy produce that can touch it . Maybe at a farmers market but certainly not at a grocery store. I just freeze the tomatoes whole and then thaw them and drop them in the blender when they thaw , skin and all. And yes it was a great year for peppers although I did start mine under lights at the end of February. Mmmmmm…..got a couple of siamese peppers this year. First time I’ve ever seen that. And two different varieties. Only one stem .
