Is there an expert out there that can tell from looking at the engine stamp and telling if it is original or has been re-stamped so that the car appears to be "numbers matching" but is not?
OR - has anyone bee dupped by a fraud and bought a car advertised as "numbers matching" and then found out it is not? What did you do?
