Has anyone installed an electronic sensor system that would emit an audible signal that you are nearing a parking curb?
If so, how complicated is the installation & how effective is the device?
I'm looking to install one on my 1992 C4 convertible.

Hi, I installed one on my C 6 convertible, easy install and works great. Wasn't cheap, I think I got it from Amazon. It gives you an audible beep whenever you come within one to two feet of a curb or wall.

I just finished installing a Brandmotion 5000-CA13 Curb Alert & it works great!

I just finished installing a Brandmotion 5000-CA13 Curb Alert & it works great!

A loose cable socket on the printed circuit board has turned this device to junk.
I removed it all and am back to judging curb location by gut sense.
I can't find any other system for sale that would do the same function as the Curb Alert.
