Power upgrade

I am buying this 1980 C3.
The engine is original (matching numbers), so it it a 350ci L48.
An Edelbrock carburetor and intake has been installed. Valve covers (but I don’t know if the cams or cylinders heads have been modified)
She also have long headers and side pipes.

Any idea what the power is now ? ( from the 190 stock hp)

If it is the Edel Performer you may actually be lower than the original Quadrajet delivered. If you have the ‘69 style sidepipes they rob power as well. Only way to know what you have is to put Your car on a dyno.
