I have one installed on my C5. Elite Engineering. Would recommend it.

Op: are you running on track? have high crankcase pressure? pcv not working?

No my engine is stock. If you are worried about high pressures you could always put a one way valve on the third port of the Elite and it would vent just like the MM if there was any pressure. Just a suggestion but buy which ever you are comfortable with.
