Im new to this forum/site today and have been a Corvette C6 owner for 3 years now. I bought it used with only 4000 km and she now has 10500. The year is 2006, 3 LT, both roofs and awesome LeMans blue in colour. I drive it to work a few times per week to Toronto and back.only during the summer. I do drive it in the rain, and last year , I brought it out of storage end of March and Hamilton was hit with a snowstorm and buried it in the driveway, I took pics of it covered, I laughed about it. I have done a few things myself to it, blue door handles, rear brakelamp is body coloured and has 39 LED's in it--very bright to be behind my C6 and chrome Corvette door sills...soon I'll be putting in the Nav radio come spring. Possibly a better airbox as well. Be posting pics soon. Anticipating the new C7 as my next Corvette.

Welcome to the forum and have fun with all the info/Q & A's . Like to see pic's of your car in the snow, although it might hurt abit, I'm mister Dry spring/summer driver guy . Cheers

:)

Welcome, Powerz51 - glad to have you along.

My brother's 06 'vert is what go me going and now have an '11 GS. Very happy with it. Done a few cosmetic things to her including hash stripes, LED brakelights, GS doorsills and Lloyd's GS floormats, and have an LG exhaust system and tunes ready for install in the spring with our good friend and 'vette guru Manny of Engineered Corvette Products. (local)

I'm hoping we all get together at a COPING event this spring to put names to faces and see all the great rides, for a great cause too.....
Hope to see you there.

Colin.

Yuck Snow!:D

I can't believe the winter we are having out west. There is currently no snow on the ground and the temperatures have been around -4 to +4 when it should be more like -15 and snowy! Hooray for winter being half over.

Glad the snow didn't melt your car and welcome to the forum! Thanks for posting pictures. You're car looks great!

welcome

Welcome to the gang...... nice car

Southern Ontario weather has been inviting so far.... be March before ya know it and we can all go for a spin ! :driving:

I searched for months to find that colour....LeMans blue is awesome...I get complements for it all the time....and its close to my Silverado pickup blue called Indigo blue...my daily driver to work is a Chev Cruze white with dark glass, looks good too...so for me the truck and Corvette are stored for the winter.
