Featured New Tires on My C5

I installed a new set of Firestone Indy 500 on my 2001 C5 last month. I just finally place the summer road insurance back on my Vette. I took the C5 out for her first test drive on the new rubber, I found a big difference in handling, road grip and very little road noise. I had never purchased Firestone tires before, I had read many reviews on line and watched YouTube. So I made the move and purchased a set. For the low cost of the tires and performance gain I was so happy.
If any on out there is looking at buying a new set of rubber, take a good look at these Firestone Indy 500.

+1 on the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500, they're actually renamed Bridgestone RE003 that used to be only available in other countries. Great value for the performance.

I put a set on about 5,000 km ago. They have proven themselves to be excellent performers on the road and at HPDE track days. Excellent predictable grip, low noise, good performance on cold pavement, good wear (not too soft). Overall a great tire for the price. Highly recommended.

Just put a new set on my C5 convertible, and am very happy with them. Could only find them in 275's max width for my replica C6 chrome rims with the. C5 sizes, 17'' fronts and 18'' backs.

Great tires I love the way they hold the corners and a lot less road noise. And the price is also great.
