Might this also make it more difficult for dealers to order cars direct for themselves, as opposed to customers ordering?
Maybe there's little difference since those same dealers will simply mark up the price way beyond MSRP anyway.
All that aside, yes a good improvement Murray with GM stepping into the shoes of disorganized dealers who aren't providing proper customer service. Perhaps GM got tired of the complaints?
