New Member from Alberta

Just posting to introduce myself as I am new to the site.

I'm Nathan from the Cold Lake area, and I have a 1963 Grand Sport by Mongoose Motorsports. I'm a long time member of LS1Tech, and the CorvetteForum as well. Have a couple other GM rides as well, but they're not Vettes.

Happy to be here and looking forward to enjoying the site and hopefully attending some local Alberta events with other members.

Thanks guys! My wife is from BC and we frequent the West Coast fairly regularly as well so hopefully can end up at a few events out on the Coast even if I don't have my Vette.

I almost bought a Centennial ZR1 before I stumbled upon this car - according the Mongoose, it's their only car in Canada.

Welcome from the Comox Valley. Chances are if your in Cold Lake, you might have been here before and you already know what the area's like. Quite a few Corvettes in the valley now, so look us up when your back for a visit.

Steamer, I'm not military but am friends with a few members. Currently and luckily, still working in the patch.

Somebuddy, will have to see how things go - it's not a car that anyone wants to travel long distance in, so would need to trailer it. Hoping to hit up the Castrol road course this year as a minimum though!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

To be honest, the car has been tracked so the paint is far from "flawless." I actually prefer it this way - I plan on tracking it some more, and I never say no to giving a ride to someone who appreciates the car.

Thanks again for the compliments. Hoping I can get the car out a lot more this year - last year it sat mostly while we completed a garage addition.
