I don't have much time before I put it away for the winter, any suggestions of any mods I can do over the winter?

I wouldn't get into a rush about modifying the car, Drive it, enjoy it... then figure out what YOU want...

The Car as it sits is far better than You can drive it, so what do you want it to do?

If You want Big Horsepower, OK fine but there is always going to be someone swinging a bigger dick, or wallet than YOU.

So before You spend a fortune modifying a Damned good car. Make sure YOU know what you are looking for.

Modifications over winter? Hmmmmm. Great question. If you had a C5, I would have more answers but I don't know too much about what to modify on a C6. For the first year, I would probably look at different body modifications. Looking at maybe adding a rear spoiler, or chin spoiler, side skirt if any of those interest you. Basically cosmetic upgrades. Next summer, take the car out and find out what it's lacking. Maybe new rims/tires, brakes, suspension, headers/cam, etc.
Now that I think about it, If you are thinking performance stuff. A great place to start is headers and a cat back exhaust. There are a lot of fans of Corsa on this site but I am a Borla fan, or GHL or Akrapovic. The cat back does't add much for hp but adds a lot to the sound. The header however, actually do add to the hp.

Welcome. I'm not familiar with the C6 ... but headers tend to be a favorite. They add hp, and a better sound. I would also look into the air intake, since the headers allow better exhaust. Drive it for a while then decide. You still have 2 months to enjoy it.

Thank you all for the great suggestions, I absolutly love this car.. I think I'm going to enjoy if for the rest of the season, then put away and do all my research on it.

im going to head down to the service centre on the 400.. I'm probably sure there will be lots of black ones around, but mine is black convertible with Chrome wheels .. Lol. Looking forward to this..

This is our fourth summer on our '05. CCO Colin was going supercharged and gave me a good deal on a Vararam intake. Apparently it is good enough that quarter mile times improve some. Our car came with the painted rims and we added the chromed version and new tires last year. We're more than happy with the car just the way it is. Drive it until the snow flies to get some idea of what you might want to change. If you want more hp, these cars respond very well to cam, header and superchargers too.

welcome to the forum Frank, mine has a cam, headers, high flo cats, 2800 stall convertor and Vararam air intake installed by Manny DaSilva in Breslau, ( a CF supporter) ... I bought it that way and the car works great.
