I did not know it at the time but I believe this was the GEN8 prototype back in 1986.
It was a little cramped but we hoped GM would solve that issue before official release.
My son also got to wring out the performance in our backyard test track since he fit a bit better.
We were constantly monitored by two young GM Engineering executives who reported their findings back to the GM MotherShip.
