Looking for recommendations. I have seen some detailers using large microfiber towels, one towel dries the entire car. I have 100 small ones of various quality. Has anyone used these?

The higher the "gsm" is, the better / thicker they are.
The orange 16x16 (5 pack) are nice. I got some 16x16 blue ones too, but they're still in the bag.

hahahaha.... I was just in the process of singing the praise for both the absorber and you for recommending it to me...With your black car, there will be lots of methods depending on the weather. I have tried everything including the master blaster.
The thick towels work good as well as the synthetic chamois to get the water off. A quick detail spray with the small microfibre rags is normally required for my car after I dry it.
The best thing I have found for getting the water off is these. Available anywhere. Think I got mine at Can Tire.

I have that from a car show vendor, just have to find it! I have yet to use soap on the car, just rinse and dry. The ceramic coating seems to be doing its job so farWith your black car, there will be lots of methods depending on the weather. I have tried everything including the master blaster.

Exactly, may help with very minor sandblasting slightly but not a replacement for PPF!Ceramic coating is not a rock chip or a scratch preventer. It is basically a premium wax replacement that gives a great shine, easier to clean, and doesn't have to re-applied every few months. If you do not use in conjunction with a paint protection film, you will be disappointed when you notice that first rock chip in the paint.
