Loving the carbon steering wheel!!!

Over the weekend, I managed to install a new steering wheel on my 3LT HTC.

I was not a big fan of the original steering wheel that comes with the interior choice.

Decided to change it to a carbon fiber steering wheel with red leather to match the red in the car. Added the carbon fiber paddle shifters too.

I also added the carbon fiber trim around the button areas. You will see the before and after of that in the pictures too.

I find it looks much better, and it still maintains the heated steering wheel option!

No, I watched the paragon video. It was pretty straight forward. Took me about 2 hours.

I bought it from a user who has sold his car from the US. He had only used it for about 1000 miles before he ended up selling the car.

You can also get the Z Mode button along with the 3 buttons on the other side of the steering wheel as Carbon Fiber overlays! Also the volume up/down and the radio station up/down buttons have available Carbon Fiber overlays...it really completes the look!

If anyone is interested, I have a carbon fibre steering wheel with black leather and red stitching for sale which I purchased from Paragon for my 2023 Stingray. I took it off when I traded it in for my 2024 Z06.

This is the only reason I didn't go with Paragon. Mine has the heating element working... Mind you, only on the leather parts, but that's where I hold from anyway... so I'm good with it.
