Just bought my first Vette. She's a 2000 with 35k. I am liking this car.

Now I just have to figure out the secret wave. It seems to vary depending on the generation, model and colour. I guess if it was easy to figure out it wouldn't be secret.

Welcome to the forum. The wave isn't so secret it is whatever you feel like doing...as long as you do something. It is a corvette commandment you know.

Welcome. Love the Island ... beautiful spot. Sweet looking ride. A wave is a definite must. I personally go with the split finger "V" for Vette ... worse case scenario is someone thinks I'm throwing them the peace sign. Either way, all good.

You know I love getting the wave. What I find real strange is the Mustang wave. Mostly I get this wave from younger stang owners as if there pointing there middle finger upward perhaps they are telling me my Vette is # 1
