GM customer sevice made good

As some of you know I had a battle with "LACK OF COURTESY and INTEGRITY CHEV" in Toronto when I purchased my 08 Vert.
I was promised $200 from GM to use for service on any of my 3 GM cars.
It came today.
I still cannot believe that a 2 bit dealer can tell GM cutomer service ,who agreed with me at 3 different levels,to kiss it.
So do you think I am going to spend my money in the future with a company with no balls

Glad to hear that they came through on the $200 certificate.

Sorry to hear that this was never resolved. I imagine this will be recorded and with any further instances similar to yours, that dealer is going to lose their license....or so we would hope.

Glad you got something out of this. That's a black mark on Courtesy that won't go unnoticed by GM.
