I went out for a drive today with the Toronto Corvette Club out in Niagara Falls. Over 100 cars participated and low and behold, 4 C8's were in the field. Two Torch Reds, one White, and my Blue. Was great to get out and mingle. Some great cars there. I will upload some photos to the media section here.

Yes lots! I have the photos but it is slow to upload here. Hence the FB link. I will do my best to get them up. All models were represented from C1 and up. Though you guys in the C8 forum only wanted C8 eye candy.

While the pictures show clusters of groups with no masks. Many had masks, as did I. We practiced social distancing. Did not stop in Niagara Falls but drove through along the river. A stunning ride I had not done before. We finished up at park in Queenston. Lots of open space. It resembled normal but still a bit different. No hand shakes or even fist bumps. Still good to get some conversation with other car fans. Very enjoyable indeed.
 
Great Video, thanks for sharing. These are some great folks to go out on a run with, well organized with some wonderful roads to run on.

The tunnels are under the Welland Shipping Canal, the sound going through there is out of this world. You just have to make sure your are in the right gear for maximum silliness!!

The run down past the falls is just a blast.

Glad you had a good time.

Had a great time! Thank you. The people were all very friendly and welcoming to me, the newbie. Looking forward to more of these rides. The route was great. The tunnels were fun. The river run was very scenic.
 
Just a note about these guys you went on the cruise with and the quality of people they are. A couple of years ago I was recovering from surgery. In conversation with a couple of these fellows I mentioned I was concerned about putting my car away for the winter and not having the physically ability to do so.

Next thing I know is they are in my driveway, a three hour drive for them, ready to put my car away. They changed the oil and filter, checked a bunch of things, washed it dried it and covered the car up for me. Grateful does not describe my feelings about what they did for me. They are a good people first and Corvette enthusiast second.
