If you are going to hold an world class e ent like an F1 race as you had suggested, we need to expand the roads, hospitality, seatings/amenities etc...

Don't know about F1 given the huge cost and of course Montreal have that contract to host until 2035 . It was 48 Million just to renovate the existing Pit Lane aera in Montreal !
