If the C9 looks somewhat resembling of that, it would be a huge success. Perhaps more tunnels on the body work like the Fort GT.
I like everything about it except the side, it doesn't have any flow and looks awkward, like someone took a bite out of the side of the car.
Outside of that and the wheels, it looks like a nice progression from the C8. The side could use some more thinking, make it flow more
and not look like a chunk of the body is missing...a bit more like our current C8.

That was just a concept car, it will never make it into production in exact copy. I just hope the C9 will be a little slimmer in weight and dimensions. And hopefully within reach for most of us?
Oh yes, I understood from the video it was the 2nd of 3 mock-ups. I imagine GM scans these sites for feedback, and it's factored in future designs.
So I wanted to do my part and share my opinion. Except for the side, I think it looks good. I imagine GM will make it reasonably affordable in it's base
model, but whether we can buy it in Canada is the question.

It is time for GM to study this fan down force technology for the C9.
From my observation, they can use this technology to assist in downforce and get better drag coefficient at the same time.

Here is another view. Not bad except for one thing. No ICE !!! Wouldnāt want to have to replace the windshield thoughā¦.

What would be an reasonable msrp for a, say 2030 C9? We are at around 80K for the 2025 1LT. $100K in 2030?
Coffee used to be .25 a cup. Few things go down in priceā¦.
I'll go with 2.25% per annum, making it $90,000 in 2030.
Then that makes for about $102,500...cdnz you were close, but your msrp number was off.
A base stingray starts at $91K! Where are you getting 102.5K from?
He threw in the tax...
That 13% and 15% in some places is brutal. And then if it puts you over 100,000 you get dinged luxury tax on top of that.

On the topic of luxury tax. I have seen that tax was calculated on the discounted price and not the msrp on a big discounted 2024 Eray. I thought it was base on msrp and not discounted price. Perhaps the dealership is just playing around with numbers? Confused.
Itās put on the actual final sale price.
