Anyone have to replace your windshield? Had a stone hit my windshield. Have a 24 c8 stingray HTC. I have been waiting for over 2mths. My dealer says no idea when they can get one. Live in Ontario. Dealer is Spencer's in Cobourg.

I had considered taking mine there but I was concerned that they don't seem to seel many Vetts and have had problems with other cars in the past. Maybe we could meet up some day if you are out and about. Terry

So… went for first oil change. Excellent customer service ! Very friendly, tried to sell me another Vette in showroom ! LolSounds good ! I’ll keep you updated on the service at McGees
Zero cost ! I was in and out in about 45 minutes. No complaints whatsoever. They have C8 “goodies” for sale as well. Bought new front mats for car that I will pick up tomorrow

I think i am getting screwed around. I am going to go to Speedy and see what they say
I know when they originally ordered mine last fall the guy told me it could be a month or so because it ships from the US. But it was really only about 8 -10 days. I believe cost to the guy who paid for it (scratched it when he put my PPF on !) was less than a $1000 He paid Dealer cost. Whatever that is.
Speaking about replacement glass, has anyone had the HUD friendly windshield film installed or close to pulling the trigger on this fairly new (up here) type of glass protection. The quote is around $500.
I had the fairly new ppf for windshield exteriors applied and it was about $780.00 for two vehicles and both have HUD
Muddy, do you know what product you hot and is there any change in how you see the world thru the glass with the film or how the HUD appears? Thx
Everything appears to be normal - HUD, etc.... I think the product is just called Xpel Windshield Protection Film. There is some video on Youtube on this product
They even sell this stuff on Amazon!
Not sure how HOHOFILM rates against Xpel. The real trick is the application of the film to the windshield..................
