How many km on the tires and by chance do you have a tread depth gauge to measure depth?
Tire's came new on the car when I bought it Aug '21. After my cross-country drive this spring just shy of 30,000 kms I'd say. Tread depth is accurate and measured day of posting with tread depth gauge. I will update with pics

That will help with your sale.

Or use a coin. We used to use a penny. What is a penny you ask? ;)
I thought I remembered something about that.

To measure tire tread depth with a penny, follow these steps:
• Take a penny and insert it into a tread groove on your tire with Lincoln’s head facing down (upside down).
• Look at the penny from eye level.
• If part of Lincoln’s head is covered by the tread, your tire tread depth is above 2/32 of an inch, and the tires are still in good shape.
• If you can see the entire head of Lincoln, it means your tread depth is 2/32 inch or less, and it’s time to replace your tires as they are worn out and potentially unsafe.
Make sure to check multiple spots around each tire, especially areas that look more worn, since uneven wear can affect safety. This simple “penny test” is a quick way to assess if your tires have reached the legal minimum tread depth recommended by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
