You could go to Champion Motors as they seem quite popular, I have not used them for mods myself.

Arun Ahilia use to be with DaSilva years ago, this man definitely knows his stuff when it comes to mods, building engines and making power. This was Arun's daily driver back in 2011.

I have taken my C7 to Champion Motors for cai, headers, pipes and exhaust + tune -- so far so good
