lol.... different strokes....I dunno guys. I don't believe any listing on a sports car that says "never abused". People don't buy sports cars to never be abused. Now, your definition of "abuse" may be different than mine, but don't ever tell me that a car has never been floored, run to redline, squealed a tire, or such crap.
I appreciate the OP's sense of humor here. It's funny. And as far as abuse, well, he wasn't particularly nice to that brand of tire, and shoes on the seats is worth a cuff up the ear, but I wouldn't call that car abused.
It's been "funned".
I have as well Bill. And I do agree with Jeremiad.... to a point. I tend to doubt when the ad says never abused, never raced, lady driven only, never driven in the rain, no liens, always kept in a heated garage.... etc. etc. etc.... And I agree with Jeremiad that different people have a different definition of abuse as well.... I do think the guy in the video was having fun.... but I also think he was abusing the car.... A few more burn outs, especially the rev it up and dump it on dry pavement, and the next guy who owns it will wonder why it has so much play in the drive train and clunks every time you put it in forward and reverse... If you can afford the tires and the repairs that will eventually accompany that kind of fun, enjoy yourself. But don't tell a prospective buyer of your car that you had a lot of 'fun' with your Corvette without being honest and telling him what your definition of fun is. He may not have the same definition of 'fun' or be in a position to pay for someone else's type of 'fun'. Just sayin'...I have definately seen never abused in for sale ads.
