I am happy to report the bypass surgery was successful!

Dave did a great job, the sound is now exactly what I was looking for. It's loud at startup, has NO drone and a much deeper tone at "normal driving". Very loud at WOT, pretty much perfect.

I've now gone from stock to Borla Stingers to Zo6 Ti exhaust to the bypass mod. Because of the number of changes Manny refuses to bolt anything on and it's all held in place by heavy duty Velcro.

...now how much are those Corsas??

Nice welding job. Bet it does indeed sound nice.

Smart looking, and certainly is cheaper than the after-market ones.
I presume you did both mufflers.

What year is it for ?

yep, LG headers, X pipe and high flow cats, with that combo the drone from the Borla's was too much for me.

As I said, at normal driving it is a lower tone than the original Ti's, at normal driving the Borlas (to my ears) were annoying. They were fine before I got the headers etc. but afterwards the thrill was gone.

Borla's at startup were the best, really barked, the Ti's are a little quieter.

Everything you said about the Borlas seems to be echoed by others when they get headers. Seems as though if I ever get headers, I'll be looking for a set of Ti's at the same time. Thanks for the insight Wayne.
