Event August 22nd Meet & Greet with Rob (Steamer)

On Saturday August 22nd our own Rob (Steamer) will be arriving at the Hamilton Airport from B.C.

Drop by and say hello at an early dinner at:
Bobbies
2965 Homestead Drive
Mount Hope.
Right beside the Super8 Hotel.

There are two parking lots, we usually park in the left one but on a Saturday afternoon you'll have to take what you find.

Rob should be at Bobbies around 4pm lets try for a good turnout, wives, girlfriends or whatever (we are very non-judgmental;l) are more than welcome.

Wayne, I am going to do my best to make it to this event. I won't be able to stay late, it is about a four hour ride home.

Wayne -- The EVENT tag is in the drop down from 'No prefix' at the top of your initial post in the new thread .

***** Watch out for the curb sticking out between The Super 8 and the restaurant. It is pretty chewed up from cars hitting it because of the bad spot that it is in.

We're tied up this weekend, but if you want to see a lot of nice cars, the Autofest in Oshawa is on in the park down by the lake. On the grass and under trees, it is a pretty nice venue.

There are two parking lots, when we meet there we use the left parking lot as it usually has less cars in it and your car will be visible from your table.

Rob made it and needless to say we had a great time. Murray drove all the way from Haliburton and was the only one who remembered to bring a camera. Hopefully he can post the pics tomorrow. For anyone who missed it the goodbye party (not that we're in a rush for Rob to leave) will be same place on Sept. 15th..
