Lots around Halifax but I've been gone so long, have no idea of reputation. Goggle high performance tuning in Nova Scotia and check some arms length reviews. Raven Autosports comes to mind. Likely not many on the Island...But I don't know...

To The Letter Automotive in Halifax may be able to do some tuning. There is also JD racing in NB as well.

East Coast Supercharging and Corvettes of Westchester appear to have decent mail order tunes as well.
