93 cruise control fuse keeps blowing

I got a 93 LT1 6 speed and the 5 Amp cruise control fuse keeps blowing. I replaced the multifunction switch to no avail. I read that sometimes the cruise relay can become faulty and draw too many amps. Can anyone tell me where this relay is located on my 93. I thought I would try to replace the relay before looking for a short in the wiring harness.
