750 CFM vs. 600 CFM Carb

I’m currently running an Edelbrock #1406 600 CFM carb on my ’73 383 stroker. Curious if stepping up to a 750 cfm carburetor would give me a noticeable performance gain, and if so, where that improvement would show up — low end, mid‑range, or top end.
The airflow gain and street performance gain from the 750 is significant if you have the engine to utilize it. If your stroker is putting out more than about 425 hp you should see notable performance gain. Less that that hp and the 750 would likely be too much carb. Jmo

It also depends on the make and the configuration. My info is old like me, but the Carter thermoquad as example had relatively small primaries and huge secondaries. Some holley carbs have close to 50 / 50 if memory serves. The thermo quad had a plastic bowl to keep heat down etc.
