If you buy the right rear housing and shaft you don't have to modify your driveshaft and x member.(I cheaped out and went with the modifications) I can tell you it made a completely different car out of mine... I have a high geared rear diff though and I don't think I would want to top it out on the highway (shifts into fourth gear at about 160k at full throttle).

Excellent job and a very worth while project I imagine!!! Nice to hear everything works and you don't need to pull it out and figure out what is backwards or missing! Great stuff!
